Aerotec Europe Holding GmbH (AES) is pleased to announce the acquisition of aviationscouts GmbH, effective June 11, 2024. This strategic move strengthens AES's capabilities in aircraft cabin refurbishment and expands its portfolio of services in the aircraft interiors market. Thomas Bulirsch, CEO of aviationscouts, will continue to lead the company.
In addition, aviationscouts has acquired B2L GmbH & Co. KG, known for its innovative upcycling of aircraft parts. This acquisition further enhances AES’s commitment to sustainability and growth in the circular economy for used aircraft components.
