As Aviation Week's Sustainable Aerospace Technology Analyst, William Moore specializes in the evolving landscape of sustainable aviation, with expertise in electrification, advanced air mobility (AAM), eVTOL fleet forecasting, and emissions calculation and analysis. He delivers weekly carbon analysis pieces for Aviation Week's Aviation Daily publication and has contributed to Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine and Aviation Week's AAM Report.

William oversees the development and maintenance of the AAM forecast, produces in-depth carbon emissions analyses, maintains AAM program and company profiles, and provides specialized sustainability consulting for clients. Before joining Aviation Week, he began his aviation career as a trainee at Eurocontrol.

Based in London, William holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University. He has been advancing sustainable aerospace initiatives in his current role for 3 years.
